Care taking
If you own a vacation rental then care taking is a wonderful option for you. Monthly care taking will reduce utility costs, give you a local contact for your renters, and gives you peace of mind knowing that someone is inspecting your property weekly. Weekly visits include; visual inspection for leaks and damage, clearing of hot water and septic lines, trash disposal and garage and driveway sweeping. If you offer a hot tub to your guests we will also check and balance hot tub chemicals.
